Core Solutions is a fully equipped Pilates, Yoga and Wellness facility located in Irvine. We offer private and semi-private sessions, as well as small group classes for individuals who wish to obtain better health through exercise, relaxation, and education.

About Us:
Peggy Tung founded Core Solutions Pilates and Wellness in 2005.  She has a Masters in Business Administration and health service management, and is a certified personal trainer and an Integrated Flexiility Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine.
She has accomplished two 500-hour comprehensive Pilates teaching programs.  Peggy has been an Elite Personal Trainer at 24-Hour Fitness (1997-2001), and an Elite Pilates Instructor at Total Woman (2001-2004).

GRAND OPENING JUNE 30th!
